I think this is an unrealisti...I just noticed this. I think this is an unrealistic schedule. Swim 25 minutes? Have you ever done this? The swim in the tri took me about 10 minutes and I think that is the perfect amount you should be able to swim, without taking a break, before the competition. Also, spinning classes are 45 minutes.
