Salads are you friend. You lost 1.4 lbs which means you created a large caloric deficit for the week. If you keep your current pace you'll lose 22.4 lbs over the course of the four month competition. I say add some strength building to your routine and incorporate some positive thinking.
Do I even need to comment. Give up the daily weigh ins. I hate salads also. But they are a necessary evil.

Imagine if you hadn't weighed yourself since last Monday; You would be psyched--rightfully so--that you lost 1.4 lbs, instead of disappointed that you saw a bigger loss mid-week. Also, what about sushi? Lean meats? Sandwiches on whole grain bread? You should never eat a salad-only diet...
