Thinking of ECG VII already

In the event there is an ECG next year (lol), I wanted to throw some ideas out there. Let me know what you think. We've already discussed penalizing those who gain the weight back. But not everybody is cool with negative "negative" discipline. Some like the "positive reinforcement" technique better so how about these rules...

1. If at the start of ECG VII you weigh the same or less than what you weighed at the end of ECG VI, you will earn 3 bonus points.

2. If at the start of ECG VII you weigh less than what you weighed at the end of ECG VI, then you will get an additional point for every % lost.

My vote would be to ignore the weights altogether and set up the contest as follows:

Day 1 of ECG.
-- Everyone submits a picture (full-body, doesn't have to be naked).
Last Day of ECG
-- Everyone submits a similar picture.

We set up a "March Madness" style bracket, with participants selecting whose looks improved the most until a winner is selected.

I definitely do not agree with Tom's rules! I would also like to see fitness/workouts incorporated. For example, a point for every hour worked out in a week or something. And definitely some penalty for non-participation/non-reporting. I get there are likely to be weeks away, but several weeks of non-reporting skews things.
