Friday: Day off
Saturday: Bike 25 minutes; run 30 minutes
Sunday: Bike one hour and fifteen minutes (spinning class)

I just noticed this. I think this is an unrealistic schedule. Swim 25 minutes? Have you ever done this? The swim in the tri took me about 10 minutes and I think that is the perfect amount you should be able to swim, without taking a break, before the competition. Also, spinning classes are 45 minutes. Set realistic goals!
