Say Farwell to Chicken of the Sea

Tuna: I have to say that I've always considered it a canned food. On occasion, I might get a slab of it raw at a sushi restaurant, but usually I’m interested in mixing it with some mayo and sweet relish for a pretty good sandwich filling.

This was the case until last weekend, when two friends of ours prepared a tuna steak so delicious and satisfying that I might have to abandon the can entirely. So, if you are looking for a good meal to satisfy your protein needs and set you up for a health-filled weekend, I can't recommend this Barefoot Contessa Recipe for Mango Salsa Seared Tuna enough.
