28 Million Fat Is Wackers

The New York Times today reports that the face of dieting may be changing. Of the 72 million people dieting in the US, 38%—about 28 million—are men. El Cubano Gordo & Friends should be proud to be the posterchildren for this trend. When you think about it, men aren't supposed to talk about dieting or even care about it. It was traditionally female turf. But it's our health here, and we should be concerned too.
