Guys - just wanted to report back that FIW is really going well since I started yesterday. Look how far I've come along in just 24 hours!

Seriously though, I didn't mean to ruffle any feathers by joining the competition - just thought it would be a fun way to shave off a few unwanted pounds - nothing extreme. Ian - you're sort of an intense dude (and possibly a communist) but that's cool. No harm, no foul.
